Content & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy applies to everyone who uses StuckThings and WorldWideManga, including creators, subscribers, readers and advertisers. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited content

The following is not allowed on either platform:

• Sexually explicit content, including pornography and explicit sexual depictions in text, images, audio or video.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized copies of others' work.
• Hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.
• Violence: content that threatens, incites or glorifies real-world violence, self-harm or terrorism, or graphic violence presented gratuitously.
• Spam: unsolicited promotion, deceptive links, repetitive or misleading posts, and artificially generated views, subscriptions, comments or clicks.
• Any sexual content involving minors, which we report to the authorities.
• Harassment, doxxing, impersonation, fraud, malware, or content that violates applicable law.

3. Prohibited behavior

• Using bots, scripts or other automation to inflate views or earnings.
• Trying to circumvent paywalls, security measures or access controls.
• Interfering with the operation of the Services or other users' use of them.

4. Enforcement

We may review content, remove it, restrict features, withhold earnings that were generated in violation of our policies, and suspend or terminate accounts. Serious or repeated violations lead to termination. Where appropriate, we report illegal content to the authorities.

To report content that breaks this policy, email contact@kernelbpo.com with a link to the content and a description. For copyright complaints, follow the Copyright / DMCA Policy. If you believe we made a mistake, reply to our notice and we will review it.
