Advertiser Terms

1. Scope

These terms govern the purchase of advertising on WorldWideManga (https://worldwidemanga.com) from KernelGT BPO. By placing an order, the advertiser ("you") agrees to them together with the Terms of Service.

2. Orders

Each campaign is agreed in writing by email with contact@kernelbpo.com, stating the format, schedule, targeting if any, and budget. We may decline or end any campaign.

3. Permitted advertising content

Ads must be truthful, lawful and appropriate for a general audience that may include teenagers aged 13 and over. Ads must not contain:

• sexually explicit or adult content, or the promotion of adult services;
• hate speech, violence, harassment or discrimination;
• content that infringes third-party rights, or counterfeit goods;
• misleading claims, malware, deceptive or auto-redirecting content;
• illegal products or services, or tobacco, weapons, and gambling targeted at minors;
• content directed at children under 13 or collecting data from them.

4. Review and removal

We may review ads before and during a campaign and may reject or remove any ad at our discretion, including to comply with law or ad-network rules. You are responsible for the content, landing pages and claims in your ads.

5. Payment

Fees are stated in the agreed order and payable in U.S. dollars unless agreed otherwise, in the manner and timing stated in the order. Late amounts may suspend the campaign. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a campaign before it starts by emailing contact@kernelbpo.com, in which case any prepaid amount is refunded. After a campaign starts, you may cancel future delivery with written notice, and you remain responsible for impressions already delivered. We refund or credit amounts for impressions we failed to deliver as agreed, or ads we remove other than because of your breach.

7. Reporting and invalid traffic

Advertisers can see in their dashboard how much of the advertising they purchased has been spent. We report delivery as stated in the order and exclude from billing impressions or clicks we identify as invalid, including bot traffic.

8. Liability and law

You agree to indemnify KernelGT BPO against claims arising from your ads. We provide advertising on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee results. Our liability is limited as stated in the Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
