Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid subscriptions to creators on StuckThings (https://stuckthings.com). WorldWideManga is free for readers and has no subscriptions.

2. How subscriptions work

A subscription gives you access to a creator's subscriber content and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing contact@kernelbpo.com from the address of your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and we do not charge you again after you cancel.

4. Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of a charge by emailing contact@kernelbpo.com with your account email and the date of the charge.

Outside that period, charges are generally non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partially used periods, except where required by law or where we determine there was a billing error or unauthorized charge.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks may take several business days to show the refund.

5. Creator earnings on refunded payments

When a payment is refunded or charged back, the related creator earnings may be reversed or deducted from future payouts, as described in the Creator Revenue Share Terms.

6. Disputes

If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact contact@kernelbpo.com first so we can resolve it quickly. We reply within 2 business days.
