Creator Revenue Share Terms
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to creators who earn revenue through StuckThings and WorldWideManga and are part of the Terms of Service.
2. StuckThings: subscriptions
The creator receives 80% of subscription revenue from their subscribers and the platform receives 20%.
Creator earnings = 80% × subscription revenue.
3. WorldWideManga: advertising revenue per impression
Each time an advertisement is shown on a creator's work, the revenue from that impression is split between the creator and the platform. The creator's share is credited to the creator's wallet.
By default, the creator receives 50% of the revenue from each impression and the platform receives 50%. The percentage is set per advertisement and the applicable split is shown in the creator's wallet; the creator share and the platform share always add up to the full amount paid by the advertiser.
Creator earnings = revenue of each ad impression shown on the creator's works × creator share.
An ad impression counts only if an advertisement was actually displayed. Views without ads, and impressions identified as invalid under Section 5, do not count.
Ads shown in the home discovery feed, which cannot be attributed to a single creator, are not shared with creators.
4. Payouts
Earnings accumulate in the creator's wallet, where the creator can see what has been monetized and request withdrawals of the available balance.
Withdrawals are paid through Stripe Connect to the account you set up during Stripe's onboarding. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information.
Minimum withdrawal: USD 100.
Payout frequency: monthly.
Balances below the minimum carry over to the next period. Stripe may delay payouts if verification is incomplete.
5. Fraud, bots and invalid activity
We may exclude, withhold, reverse or recover earnings related to fraudulent views, bot traffic, artificial subscriptions, self-clicking on ads, chargebacks, refunds, or any activity that violates our policies. We may hold payments while we investigate, and we may deduct reversed amounts from future payouts or require repayment. Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of the affected earnings.
6. Tax forms
Before receiving payments, you must submit a Form W-9 if you are a U.S. person, or a Form W-8BEN if you are not. We may withhold taxes where required by law and may suspend payouts until a valid form is provided. You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively, with reasonable notice for material changes. Questions: contact@kernelbpo.com.
